Greysel Montiel Pla
Greysel Montiel Pla is the passionate founder and Clinical Director of Marvelous Dream Services Inc., established in 2018 with the mission of guiding individuals with developmental disabilities toward greater independence and fulfillment through high-quality ABA therapy. Her journey began in 2005 in her home country of Cuba, where she graduated with honors in Pedagogical Sciences, specializing in Special Education. There, she led Renacer (“Rebirth”), a groundbreaking program that gave both children and adults with special needs opportunities for education, inclusion, and life experiences many had never had access to before.
After relocating to the United States, Greysel’s calling to continue advocating for and supporting individuals with special needs remained as strong as ever. She earned her Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and completed advanced graduate studies in psychological prevention and intervention for behavioral challenges at the Valencia International University in Spain. With over a decade of experience across various ABA organizations in Miami, she has built a strong reputation as a compassionate and knowledgeable clinician.
At MARVELOUS DREAM SERVICES INC., Greysel leads with heart and science. She is deeply committed to individualized care, data-driven interventions, and family collaboration. As a mentor and supervisor to aspiring behavior analysts and RBTs, she fosters a culture of excellence, empathy, and continuous growth. Her approach blends evidence-based strategies with genuine human connection, ensuring that clients and their families feel empowered on their journey.
